Poll: Manchester City Vs Chelsea

Tonight sees the two title favourites go head-to-head at the Etihad Stadium.

Manchester City can go top of the Premier League if they can manage to defeat third-place side Chelsea.

Chelsea meanwhile can move level with City in second place should they leave Manchester with all three points.

City have been in tremendous form this season, playing some outstanding football and giving most teams a real hammering at the Etihad.

Chelsea  have been in decent form also and are unbeaten in their last nine Premier League matches.

Many have been critical of Chelsea and their manager, Jose Mourinho, in the games against the big teams.

Chelsea played defensively throughout the games against Manchester United and Arsenal, causing both matches to end 0-0. Mourinho didn’t even play an out-and-out striker in the match at Old Trafford.

I think that it is very likely that Mourinho will use the exact same tactics tonight against City. Whether it will work against a team as good as City are is debatable though.

City have scored an astonishing 68 goals already this season and are well on course to beat the current record of 108 goals in a season….. Which belongs to Chelsea.

My Prediction: Manchester City 4-1 Chelsea
